good brain gang offers daytime sessions for learning, arts & wellbeing in a dementia friendly setting. We like good food and include lunch and snacks.
Each day is different, fresh and interesting. Examples of activities include yoga, drawing, singing, cooking, gardening, painting, mindfulness & lots more. Whatever your approach to life, you can find your way to get engaged and have a great day.
We also have quiet areas where you can sit down and read the paper or some books in a variety of different languages.
